-
This documentary tells of the private and artistic life of artist Francesco Vezzoli. Over two years, between 2013 and 2015, we followed some of Francesco Vezzoli’s appointments in some of the most important exhibition spaces in the world – Maxxi, Rome; MOCA, Los Angeles and Aurora Museum, Shanghai.
Some of the world’s most important cultural personalities have enriched the telling of this story: French philosopher Bernard-Henri Lévy, film director Bernardo Bertolucci; the directors of the most important international museums – as for example Antonio Paolucci, director of the Musei Vaticani; Philippe Vergne, director of MOCA, Los Angeles; Klaus Biesenbach, director of MoMA PS1, New York; Anna Mattirolo, director of Museo MAXXI, Rome – as well as art critics and curators – such as Hans-Ulrich Obrist, Germano Celant, Francesco Bonami, Davide Quadrio – editor of W Magazine Stefano Tonchi and many other influential figures of the world of art and entertainment, among whom artist Cindy Sherman and Canadian singer-songwriter Rufus Wainwright.
