Giovanni Carrada and Cristiana Perrella are the curators, of the scientific and artistic sections respectively of the "Gola, Arte e Scienza del Gusto" (“Throat, The Art and science of Taste”) promoted by Fondazione Marino Golinelli, Bologna. They walked through the space of the exhibition, which questions the relationship between pleasure and nutrition and aims at documenting the reasons for the importance of taste in our lives. The exhibition is divided into five thematic areas: “I dilemmi dell’onnivoro” (“the dilemma of the omnivorous”), “I sensi del gusto” (“the senses of taste”), “Buono da pensare” (“good to think”), “I segreti dei cibi-spazzatura” (“the secrets of junk-food”), “La ri-costruzione del gusto” (“The reconstruction of taste”). In these rooms contemporary artworks meet scientific exhibits.
