This is a documentary produced in May 2015, on the occasion of the conclusion of the first phase of the important urban regeneration project of the Cascina Merlata area in Milan, close to the Rho-Pero Trade Fair and Expo 2015 sites.
MCA’s Mario Cucinella, Stefano Tropea of Studio B22, Celestino Sanna of Studio TeknoArch and Roy Nash of Studio P-U-R-A, the architects responsible for the various social housing complexes, illustrate the project which transformed this area into an innovative urban housing solution consistent with the urban concept of Antonio Citterio & Partners and Caputo Partnership.
